Who are we?

We are a practice-oriented team with an academic background in bionics (also known as biomimicry).
Our shared journey began in 2021 at the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences in Bocholt, where we learned how to understand biological principles, translate them into technology, and apply them in real-world contexts.
This connection between nature and technology continues to shape our work to this day.
Already during our studies, we began implementing hands-on projects—first on a small scale, then increasingly application-driven in collaboration with companies.
It quickly became clear that our scientific approach was not only well received in research, but also in technical fields and even in management topics.
We work in a way that is accessible, universally applicable, and particularly effective wherever clarity and structure are needed.
What sets us apart is not just our expertise, but above all our way of thinking.
We work across disciplines, pragmatically and solution-oriented. In projects, we immerse ourselves quickly in new topics, analyze thoroughly, and deliver clearly structured, actionable results.
Our projects range from bionically inspired technical concepts to digital solutions for resource planning and organizational development within companies.
In recent years, we’ve seen a significant increase in the demand for restructuring—driven in part by new legal requirements such as the mandatory sustainability reporting (CSRD), which puts many companies under additional pressure.
We take on projects where internal capacity is lacking or external impulses are needed.
Flexible, hands-on, and always close to application—this is what drives us.
We don’t see ourselves as a classic consulting firm.
We help shape solutions, question with scientific curiosity, and take responsibility for the quality of our outcomes.
Our goal is to develop sustainable, future-proof solutions that prove their worth in everyday use.
